St Aidans School
Academy’s Modular Building Well Underway

Following a successful install of modular classrooms at St Aidan’s Primary Catholic Academy in Illford, Elements Europe are forging ahead to complete the envelope of the building.

The trussed roof has now been installed and the brickwork to the envelope of the building has commenced. Internally, M&E first fix is well underway.

The brand new modular school building is due to be completed by the end of July. During the school’s summer holidays Elements Europe will demolish the existing school building to make way for a new school playground and car park.

Neil Rivers, Site Manager at St Aidan’s Academy commented “The class Room Modules were installed with ease, and with the roof now on we look forward to completing the entire site ready for the children’s return to school in September.”

The children at the academy are also getting involved in the spirit of the construction by holding a competition to design their dream playground.
