In association with JR Pickstock and J Ross Developments Elements Europe used Copod to develop an important allocated residential site on the edge of Llansantffraid, providing a range of residential accommodation.
This is a residential development on a green field site on the edge of the village of Llansantffraid in Powys comprising 70 residential units and involved the reconstruction of a village shop over 2.865 hectares (7.079 acres).
