Elements Europe Delivering for Leading UK Hotels

Elements Europe will shortly install 283 Bathroom Pods manufactured for Motel One in Manchester. Manufactured in Elements Europe’s new facility in Shropshire, the modules are being delivered to site ready for installation next month.

The luxury bathrooms have been designed to the exceptional standards of the Motel One brand and feature dark granite counter tops, walk-in power showers, counter top basins and back-to-wall WCs. The scheme comprises a mixture of en-suites with showers and 18 accessible Bathroom Pods designed to full accessible standards.

The city centre hotel is the second project Elements Europe has delivered for the Motel One brand, and it is its first collaboration with the project’s main contractor Russell Construction.

This month, Elements Europe has also completed manufacture for Premier Inn in South Bromley and installation of the 131 Bathroom Pods will be underway later this year. A mixture of standard and accessible pods have been manufactured to Premier Inn’s latest specification.

The hotel forms part of a landmark £90 million development in South Bromley. As well as the 131-room Premier Inn, the regeneration scheme includes a multiplex cinema and 25,000 sqft of new café and restaurant space alongside 200 residential apartments.

Kevin Arthur, Director commented, “We are proud to be involved in this landmark regeneration project. This is the twelfth collaboration between Elements Europe and Premier Inn, which is testament to our proven track record in delivering successfully to the hotel sector.”
