Elements Europe Supports Local College

Elements Europe’s HR team went to support the merge of two local colleges this week.

Telford College and New College held an event to launch its merge and in doing so invited along Elements Europe to help support in assisting prospective students to understand the expectations of employers as they chose an appropriate course to start their career.

“As a local employer we were delighted to be invited along to support the college and speak to students about our newly launched apprenticeship scheme.” Commented Michael Lloyd, HR Manager.

Elements Europe is dedicated to taking on apprentices to undertake a Manufacturing Operations NVQ that will give them multi skilled experience in their first year, with the focus of their second year being on a particular trade within the manufacturing process that they have excelled in.

“Our vision is that 5% of our workforce will be on apprenticeship/training programmes” Michael added.
