Element Europe’s award winning modular Roompod solution enabled a 59 bedroom hotel to open on schedule at Oswestry. The new hotel and restaurant was hailed as the first stage in the development of a high quality business park. Roompod is a fully integrated and structurally load-bearing volumetric modular solution for low to medium rise applications up to 6 storey’s high.

Traditional Ty Unnos construction methods are completed by innovative modern technology creating a highly sustainable, energy efficient, modular house to level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Using the Solopod product Elements Europe were able to work alongside Galliford Try and the Manhattan Loft Corporation to deliver high quality, high volume standalone bathroom and shower facilities at the 5 star Renaissance Marriott Hotel as part of the multi-million pound redevelopment scheme at St Pancras Station in London.
Elements Europe used Copod to develop an important allocated residential site on the edge of Llansantffraid, in Powys, providing a range of residential accommodation. The project comprised of 70 residential units and involved the reconstruction of a village shop over 2.865 hectares (7.079 acres).
The Strucpod solution was used to develop two flagship luxury care homes for the European Care Home Group in Chelmsford, Essex. Keys to the 140 bed Broomfield Grange and 64 bed Nursing Homes were handed over on schedule. Both homes will provide services for elderly nursing care and for people with dementia.
Using the Strucmet system Elements Europe is providing all external walls and in-fills for the new development of St Anne’s Academy in Middleton, Manchester for Willmott Dixon, working for Richmond Cladding. The new school is due to open in 2010.
Using the Modular Adaptation Pod system Elements Europe provided a private client with a housing extension solution to an existing semi detached two storey property. The pod was installed within one day where disabled bedroom, bathroom and kitchen facilities were required in addition to the present property layout.
