Specification
Following on from the success of our Roompod modules, M.A.P. uses the same construction principals through the use of a lightweight Structural Steel System manufactured by Light Steel Frame Solutions (LSFS) Ltd. Howick rolling machines are used to form walls, floors and ceiling sections to the exact dimensions required, minimising waste and forming holes for fittings, services and connections.
The walls floors and ceilings are then insulated with 75mm of Rockwool and 50mm composite insulation panels with Moisture Shield Plasterboard and Oriented Strand Board to provide a high level of thermal and acoustic performance. Internal fit-out is also undertaken within the factory to the specification of the client or the advising Occupational Therapist, providing fully compliant accommodation through the use of Doc M Packs and level access showering facilities. Floor coverings are provided to the client’s specification and hoists or any specialist lifting equipment can be incorporated into the design.

Our in-house team of architects and engineers will design the fully compliant Pod to ensure its seamless integration onto the existing property taking into consideration existing windows, doors and the aesthetic appearance of the property. Onsite our delivery team will expedite the foundation and external works prior to delivery and installation of the Pod.
