    The Project

The 3 storey accommodation is located in the Harbourne area of Birmingham close to Selly Oak Hospital.

The rooms will be rented out to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who attend the local University.

The project successfully delivered a 67 bedroom student accommodation complex , with en-suite bathrooms and segregated kitchens all of which were designed according to the specific requirements of the client. The site is well located with good access to the local amenities and has generous parking provisions.

Installation, as well as the manufacture, were all undertaken by Elements Europe and completed to the highest standards of modern student accommodation. The rooms where craned into position at a rate of 8 per day. Deliveries were scheduled to ensure minimal disruption to the main contractor’s works while still maintaining programme schedules.

Elements Europe’s contract value to provide the off-site aspect of the construction totalled £1.75 million; overall the completed project value was circa £4 million.
