The Client

Elements Europe working in collaboration with Kier has delivered the first luxury Butlins Hotel in Bognor Regis.

The new hotel is a member of Bourne Leisure ltd, one of Britain’s leading leisure companies with over 35 years experience. Within the group are well known and established brands such as Haven and Warner.

The Project

The £1 million project saw Elements Europe manufacture and deliver 200 bathroom pods for the hotel, which will be the biggest in the city. All of the bathroom modules were uniquely designed according to the specific design requirements of the client.

Using the Solopod bathroom solution played a major part in enabling Bourne to bring forward the opening of the hotel by two weeks to August 17 2009. The Solopod solution aids the fast-track building of bathrooms and thus is ideal for hotel accommodation.
