The Client

Elements Europe worked in collaboration with its sister companies JRoss Developments and JR Pickstock to provide a turn key solution for Whitbread PLC, the end result was a 59 bedroom Premier Inn hotel and a ‘Table Table’ restaurant which formed part of the “Oswestry Gateway” development.

This was the first project that Elements Europe delivered for the Whitbread Premier Inn hotel brand.

The Project

The 59 bedroom hotel was manufactured and delivered by Elements Europe, using our Roompod system, reducing the development programme by one third.

Work began on this £4.75 million project in summer 2008 and the use of modular technology ensured that the scheme was ready for opening in April 2009.The installation process of all room modules, the roof structure, floor ceiling and corridor cassettes lasted just 6 days.
