Elements Europe worked in collaboration with Galliford Try to provide a 244 bedroom hotel for the client St Pancras Chambers Investment ltd, part of The Manhatten Loft Corporation.

The Project

Elements Europe successfully manufactured and delivered 189 bathroom pods using the Solopod system for the much anticipated 5 star Renaissance Marriott Hotel at St Pancras station in central London.

The scheme involved the regeneration of the magnificent and long discussed former St Pancras hotel into a modern 244 bedroom hotel, and 67 residential apartments all of which are located directly above the highspeed Eurostar rail link.

The grade 1 listed chambers built between 1868 and 1876 originally featured 500-600 rooms, this has now been narrowed down to 244 rooms and has been completely transformed into a modern 5 star Marriott hotel whilst restoring the building’s interior to its former Victorian glory. All rooms were designed to a very high specification according to the design requirements of the client.
