The Solopod system provides high quality factory controlled bathroom and kitchen pods where there is a high degree of standardisation. High volume construction projects such as student accommodation, residential and hotel projects benefit from the guaranteed completed quality to the exact specification of the client. The Solopod system is favoured by main contractors as it negates the need for snagging the finished bathroom area, reducing the time and cost associated with what is known to be one of the most difficult elements of a building to deliver.
Elements Europe can provide project specific Solopod solutions, tailoring floor finishes to suit the principal on-site construction. Aside from the standard system floor, thin floor and floorless pods can be manufactured. Level access pods are also available to provide Universally Accessible washing facilities with the capability to provide Doc M packs.
Our in-house team will liaise with the main contractor and the mechanical and electrical subcontractor to ensure the suitable design of the service risers, to assist the convenient connection of the on-site foul, incoming water and electrical connections.
Elements Europe’s team are also experienced in BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes requirements, meaning we can advise clients on energy and water saving features and fittings that will assist in the successful delivery to the project’s required standards.
