Like Solopod, Strucpod provides bathroom and kitchen accommodation. Strucpod as the name suggests is a structural pod with the capability of being structurally integrated within the building fabric providing a series of mini cores. This means pods have full load bearing capacity to 12 stories and beyond.
It is the pods ability to fully integrate with our Light Steel Frame (LSF) “Strucmet” system that avoids the duplication of floors, walls and ceilings. Other systems place pods on top of the floors with ceilings running over the top of the pod. Strucpod is manufactured to the correct height of the building’s floor to ceiling allowing the pods to be stacked directly on top of each other.
As with Solopod internally the pod can be fitted out to the exact requirements of the client with a full choice of tiles, floor coverings, fixtures and fittings and sanitary wear.
