Steel rolling for all of Elements Europe’s systems is undertaken in house within a dedicated rolling factory. “C” section cold rolled channels are manufactured then assembled in our factory to provide floor, wall and ceiling panels for all modules. LSF Façade is another offering aside to completed volumetric modules, providing the client with panelised floor, wall and ceiling systems. Our system can use Steel sheet Lewis decking and Anhydrate screed finishes to the floors reducing the need for additional subcontractors on-site and allowing the fit out trades to commence earlier.
The LSF Façade system has the capability to provide intricate corner details, faceted elevations and, like all of Elements Europe’s systems, has flexibility with regards to roof and façade treatments.
Sites with restricted access or logistic problems, where the usage of cranes is limited and are unable to accommodate traditional construction methods or fully modular systems, can still be developed using LSF Façade. The combination of LSF Structure (structural modules) and LSF Façade results in a modular and panelised system that can provide bedroom and en-suite accommodation to a variety of sectors to 8 storeys and above with the introduction of hot rolled steel.
The lightweight nature of the panels means smaller cranes on-site resulting in savings to the construction cost.
