The Budget Hotel sector continues to grow throughout the UK; from the early 90’s the number of branded budget hotels has grown more than tenfold. Expectation is that this sector will continue to experience considerable growth, with some commentators predicting budget hotel rooms in the UK will double within the next ten years.

Luxury

As the number of business and leisure travellers decrease due to recession the luxury hotel sector continues to grow. PricewaterhouseCoopers figures calculate the luxury hotel sector to be worth £4.5 billion in the UK alone.
