The Client

Elements Europe was awarded a contract by Russells Construction to manufacture Bathroom Pods for Motel One.

Russell Construction constructed the seven storey Motel One Hotel on Cross Street, in Manchester’s city centre following successful completion of a Motel One in the city centre close to Manchester’s Piccadilly.

Russell Construction demolished the vacant office accommodation and retained the historic stone facade to maintain the architectural character of the area.

Project Description: 279 Bathroom Pods

Elements Europe  manufactured 279 Bathroom Pods for the Hotel, comprising of 261 en-suite Bathroom Pods with showers and 18 disabled access Bathroom Pods designed to full accessible standards.

Motel One is known for its high end interior design, Elements Europe manufactured the Bathroom Pods to the stringent requirements set out by the brand. The bathrooms feature dark granite countertops, power showers, countertop basins, walk in shower, back to wall wc’s and an abundance of accessories.

Elements Europe has previously manufactured and delivered 129 Bathroom Pods to Motel One in Edinburgh.
