Elements Europe has been selected by Essential Living to deliver two modular residential tower blocks one at 12 storeys and one at 23 storeys in Greenwich, London.
Project Description: 653 Modules
Elements Europe will manufacture 653 modules for the scheme which make up some of the 249 one and two bed apartments for rent in this popular south London location.
Elements Europe will manufacture two to three Room Modules for each apartment which will be joined on-site at the install stage. Each apartment will include an open plan living and kitchen area, one or two bedrooms with en-suite and a family bathroom.
Elements Europe will also manufacture corridor cassettes within the scheme as well as the roof structure.
Essential Living has worked hard to ensure the scheme will attract families paying careful attention to the design of the living space , and including features such as an on-site nursery and underground car park.
Elements Europe will complete the manufacture of all modules by summer 2017 with the scheme due to open in 2018.
Once complete Creekside Wharf will be one the tallest modular building in the UK to date.
